How to streamline internal processes in order to increase volunteer participation?
We believe that some of our processes are very much top-down. What are the benefits and how we can make our processes more botton-up in order to increase transparency, trust, sharing, and broader participation? How to make the experience for volunteers more meaningful?

To create transparent work system that individual volunteer can adopt easily and to create a transparent platform between the volunteers and society.
ReplyDeletePerforming a work should always be a fun for volunteers and hence a need to create work atmosphere accordingly. Moreover, the active volunteers' continuous & consistent performance should always be acknowledged to make them motivated.
Moreover, Volunteers' should be given opportunity to change the work according to their choice and convenience so as to do it with interest and make it more meaningful.
